What is cucsEtherPauseStatsSuspect?
This is suspect on the pause-stats object, a TruthValue flagging whether this port's current pause-frame sample is considered unreliable, typically right after a counter reset. It warns against reading a sudden apparent drop in recvPause or xmitPause on this port as evidence congestion has cleared, when it may just be a reset artifact. For example, suspect=true immediately following a port flap explains an otherwise confusing dip in pause-frame counts on this port.
