This is suspect, a TruthValue flagging whether this particular error-stats snapshot for the interface is considered unreliable. UCS sets it true when the underlying counters were reset or collection was interrupted, so an admin should not read a sudden change in tooLong or tooShort counts on this interface as a real error event while suspect is true. For example, right after a fabric interconnect firmware upgrade reboots and resets counters, this flag flips to true for one interval on every affected interface even though the raw numbers look artificially low.
