Description: Cisco UCS ether:FcoeInterfaceStats:packetsTxDeltaAvg managed object property

What is cucsEtherFcoeInterfaceStatsPacketsTxDeltaAvg?

This field is the average, as continuously recalculated on the live object, of the per-interval delta values for total FCoE packets transmitted out this interface, taken across the retained collection history for this stats object. Admins watch this to separate a genuinely sustained problem from one noisy interval — if DeltaAvg for packetsTx on this interface is climbing, a sudden drop to near zero while bytesTx keeps climbing would be inconsistent and flag a counter or polling problem rather than a real traffic change, rather than a one-off spike. For example, an average of 2,406 packets per interval characterizes this host's typical FCoE I/O rate.
