What is cucsEtherFcoeInterfaceStatsHistSuspect?

This TruthValue, frozen into this archived FCoE interface history record, flags whether the sample it captured was considered unreliable at collection time — for instance because it was gathered during a state transition, a counter reset, or a polling gap. Because this flag is baked into the historical record itself, admins reviewing past FCoE interface data after an incident can immediately discount any sample marked suspect rather than mistaking a collection glitch for a real spike in the archived counters. For example, a run of otherwise-normal history records with one entry flagged suspect(1) right after a blade reboot tells an admin to ignore that one snapshot when trend-charting the rest.
