What is cucsEquipmentXcvrType?
This read-only CucsEquipmentXcvrType enum classifies what kind of transceiver is installed (for example a specific SFP+ or QSFP form-factor and speed/reach variant) as reported by the module's own EEPROM. Admins check this to confirm a swapped-in optic actually matches what the port and cabling plan require before troubleshooting a link that won't come up as anything other than an optics mismatch. Finding a copper-twinax type reported on a port expected to carry a long single-mode fiber run would explain the connection failing outright.
