What is cucsEquipmentUnifiedPortCapProviderFcSpeedCap?

This read-only CucsPortSpeedBitmask reports which Fibre Channel speeds (such as 4G, 8G, or 16G) the ports in this bank can actually run at once converted from Ethernet to FC mode. An admin planning a storage-network uplink checks this bitmask before committing to a port conversion, since converting a port that can only reach 8G FC won't meet a design requirement calling for 16G. A bitmask showing only 4G and 8G support would rule this card out for a new 16G FC SAN uplink design.
