Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: SnmpAdminString

Access: read-only

Description: Cisco UCS equipment:Tpm:tpmRevision managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentTpmTpmRevision?

This read-only SnmpAdminString reports the TPM specification revision implemented by this chip (for example distinguishing TPM 1.2 from TPM 2.0 compliant hardware), which is a distinct concept from the vendor hardware-build revision reported by the plain Revision field. This matters operationally because many modern OS features (like Windows 11's TPM 2.0 requirement) will refuse to function if this reports the older specification. A value indicating TPM 1.2 on a server slated to run an OS requiring 2.0 would flag an incompatibility before deployment even starts.
