What is cucsEquipmentTpmEnabledStatus?

This read-only CucsEquipmentEnabledStatus enum reports whether the TPM chip has been administratively enabled at the firmware/BIOS level on this server, a prerequisite that's distinct from and precedes the chip actually being active. An admin diagnosing why a security feature can't see the TPM checks this before the active-status field, since a disabled TPM will never show as active regardless of OS configuration. A value of 'disabled' here immediately points the fix toward the server's BIOS/firmware settings rather than the operating system.
