What is cucsEquipmentTpmCapProviderElementLoadFailures?
This read-only Gauge32 counts how many individual elements within this capability-catalog bundle failed to load into UCS Manager, for example due to a corrupted or malformed catalog file. A nonzero value here after installing a new capability bundle or firmware package tells an admin the catalog update was only partially successful and some hardware-validation rules may be missing. This is exactly the kind of counter Cisco TAC would ask for when troubleshooting a capability-catalog update that didn't behave as expected.
