Reviewing seqId values alongside completion status lets an engineer reconstruct exactly how far a stage got through its list of internal actions before something failed. A stage whose tasks with seqId 1 and 2 both completed but whose task with seqId 3 shows a failure isolates the third action in that stage as the actual break point.
