Description: Cisco UCS equipment:SystemIOController:fsmStageDescr managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentSystemIOControllerFsmStageDescr?

This read-only SnmpAdminString gives a human-readable description of whichever stage the IO controller's finite-state machine is currently sitting in, for example a step in a firmware upgrade or hardware discovery sequence. Because raw FSM stage names are cryptic internal identifiers, this text field is what an operator actually reads in UCS Manager to understand what the IOM is doing at this moment without cross-referencing documentation. It might display something like 'Waiting for the chassis management controller to complete backplane port discovery' while a newly-inserted IOM is still coming online.
