What is cucsEquipmentSystemIOControllerFsmProgr?
This Gauge32 ("fsmProgr") reports the percent-complete progress of the FSM workflow currently running against this SIOC module. During a firmware upgrade or discovery cycle, an admin polls this value per SIOC to know whether that specific module is actually progressing or has stalled at the same percentage for an unusually long time. A value of 60 would mean the current workflow step on this SIOC is 60% complete.
