What is cucsEquipmentSystemIOControllerFsmCurrentFsm?

This read-only CucsEquipmentSystemIOControllerFsmCurrentFsm enum identifies, as a discrete internal workflow name, exactly which finite-state machine is currently running against this IO controller -- for instance a discovery, a hard-reset, or a firmware-download-and-activate sequence. Knowing precisely which workflow is active tells an admin what class of disruption to expect (a reset implies a brief IOM outage, a firmware activate implies a longer one) and what a stuck retry count actually means. If this value shows an IOM update workflow rather than a simple reset, an admin knows not to be surprised that the module takes several minutes to come back online.
