What is cucsEquipmentSystemIOControllerDiscovery?

This enumerated value ("discovery") reports the discovery-process status of this SIOC module as UCS Manager brings it under management. When a new SIOC-equipped chassis is connected, an admin watches this field to confirm the module is being recognized correctly rather than stuck partway through discovery. A value of "complete" means discovery finished successfully for this SIOC; "in-progress" or "failed" would flag it as needing further attention before its attached compute node becomes manageable.
