What is cucsEquipmentSystemIOControllerConfigState?
This enumerated value ("configState") reports the configuration state of this SIOC module within the chassis-discovery workflow. An admin who just installed or replaced a SIOC watches this field to know whether UCS Manager has finished applying configuration to the module or whether it is still mid-provisioning. A value of "configured" indicates the module is fully set up and ready; "unconfigured" would mean it is still awaiting setup, typically right after insertion.
