What is cucsEquipmentSwitchIOCardFsmPrev?
This string ("fsmPrev") records the name of the previous FSM state this IOM was in before transitioning to its current one. An admin troubleshooting an IOM that appears "stuck" mid-upgrade can use this alongside the current FSM state to see exactly which state transition the module was attempting when things stalled. A value like "IomFirmwareUpdate" would show the module was previously performing a firmware update before whatever state it is reporting now.
