What is cucsEquipmentSwitchIOCardAdminState?

This enumerated value ("adminState") records the administratively configured, as opposed to actual operational, state of this IOM, using the CucsEquipmentChassisAdminState type. An admin who has deliberately decommissioned or disabled this IOM through UCS Manager checks this field to confirm the intended administrative state is actually what is set, distinguishing an intentional shutdown from an unexpected failure reported elsewhere. A value of "enabled" means the module is administratively meant to be in service; "disabled" would reflect a deliberate admin action to take it out of service.
