What is cucsEquipmentSwitchIOCardAdminPowerState?

This enumerated value ("adminPowerState") records the administratively configured power state for this IOM, as distinct from the power state it is actually reporting. An admin who has deliberately powered down an IOM, for example before a hot swap, checks this field to confirm UCS Manager still shows the intended administrative state, which helps distinguish a planned power-down from an unexpected outage. A value of "up" means the IOM is administratively meant to be powered on; "down" would mean an admin or an automated policy has intentionally taken it offline.
