What is cucsEquipmentSwitchIOCardAdminPeerPowerState?
This enumerated value ("adminPeerPowerState") records the administratively configured power state of this IOM's peer module in the same chassis. An admin planning a staggered maintenance power-down of both IOMs in a chassis checks this field to confirm the peer module's intended power state alongside this one's own AdminPowerState, avoiding accidentally powering down both sides of a chassis's fabric connectivity at once. A value of "up" would confirm the peer IOM is administratively meant to stay powered on even while this one is being serviced.
