What is cucsEquipmentSwitchCapMaxUplinkPorts?

This Gauge32 ("maxUplinkPorts") reports the maximum number of ports on the fabric-interconnect model that can be designated as uplinks to the upstream network, as opposed to server-facing ports. A network admin doing a physical cabling plan for a new UCS domain checks this figure to know how many of the switch's front-panel ports can actually be configured as northbound uplinks versus reserved for server/chassis connectivity. On a 96-port fabric interconnect this might report a maximum of 32 uplink-eligible ports, leaving the rest for server-side connections.
