What is cucsEquipmentStorageSasExpanderDefOobInterfaceSupported?

This TruthValue flag tells UCS Manager whether this SAS-expander definition includes an out-of-band management interface, a side-channel (typically I2C) used to query expander health independent of the SAS data path, per the "oobInterfaceSupported" property. A storage admin cares because an expander lacking an OOB interface can only be polled for temperature, link, or PHY-error status while the SAS bus itself is up, so UCS Manager has fewer options for reporting a failing backplane if this value is false. For instance, this would read "true" for an expander design that reports enclosure and PHY status over I2C to the chassis management controller, and "false" for a bare-bones expander with no side-band telemetry.
