Description: Cisco UCS equipment:SlotArray:horizontalStartOffset managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentSlotArrayHorizontalStartOffset?

This gives the horizontal starting coordinate, as a layout string, for where this slot array begins in UCS Manager's rendered chassis diagram. It exists purely to position this group of slots correctly relative to other slot arrays -- for example, front drive bays versus a separate rear NVMe cage -- since a single chassis diagram can contain more than one array. A value like '15' shifts this array's starting point 15 units in from the left edge of the diagram, distinguishing it from another array anchored at offset '0'.
