Access: read-only

Description: Cisco UCS equipment:SlotArray:dn managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentSlotArrayDn?

This holds the distinguished name (DN) -- the full hierarchical path -- that UCS Manager assigns to a specific slot-array layout descriptor object in its internal object tree. Because this object describes how a group of physical slots (drive bays or PCIe slots) on a server or chassis are physically arranged, so UCS Manager's GUI can draw an accurate panel diagram and address the slots correctly, the DN is what lets UCS Manager, or any script polling this MIB, address this exact instance rather than a whole class of them, chaining together the chassis/server path segments above it. A representative value looks like sys/rack-unit-4/board/slot-array-1, where each slash-separated segment narrows from the physical chassis or server down to this one object.
