What is cucsEquipmentSharedIOModuleThermal?

This reports whether the SIOC's temperature sensors are currently within their configured thresholds. This is the single summary flag that the detailed per-zone readings in SiocTempStats break down further, so an admin scanning many chassis for problems watches this field first and only drills into SiocTempStats once it turns non-ok. A value of 'ok' is normal; 'upper-critical' would mean at least one of the front, mid, rear, CMC, or VIC temperature zones has crossed a critical limit.
