What is cucsEquipmentRequirementRestrictMigration?

This flag indicates whether the profile tied to this requirement is restricted from being migrated to a different chassis once it has been successfully bound to one. An admin planning a chassis maintenance window checks this flag on affected profiles' requirements to know in advance which service profiles can be safely moved to another chassis and which are locked to their currently assigned hardware.
