This is the opaque internal identifier UCS Manager's object manager stamps on this qualifier object when it is created, used for the platform's own bookkeeping rather than anything an admin configures directly. It has no bearing on which servers the qualifier matches; it exists so UCSM's internal database can track and cross-reference the object even if its name or position in the tree changes. A typical value is a short numeric-looking string the administrator would never need to type in manually.
