What is cucsEquipmentPsuFsmStageRetry?
This Gauge32 counts how many times this specific stage of the PSU's FSM workflow has been retried. A climbing retry count on one particular stage, rather than the workflow overall, points an admin straight at which single step is having trouble completing against this PSU, such as a poll-for-response stage that keeps timing out. A value of 0 means the stage succeeded on the first attempt; a value of 3 would mean UCS Manager has retried this specific stage three times against this PSU.
