What is cucsEquipmentPortGroupDefNumberOfPorts?
This Gauge32 value is the exact count of contiguous physical ports sharing whatever hardware constraint, such as bandwidth or an ASIC lane restriction, this group represents. An admin uses it to know exactly how many ports must be configured together as a single unit. A value of 8 would indicate an 8-port group on a larger fabric interconnect.
