What is cucsEquipmentPortCapCountBreakoutPorts?
This Gauge32 value is exactly how many independent breakout sub-ports a single physical port on this hardware can be split into. It caps how many separate lower-speed links an admin can provision from one high-speed uplink port using breakout cabling. A value of 4 breakout ports is typical for a 40G QSFP port split into four 10G links.
