What is cucsEquipmentPfcMmuCapPolicyLevel?

This Gauge32 value records how many levels down the UCS organizational hierarchy the policy that produced this PFC MMU capability record sits. It's an internal resolution detail rather than something an admin edits directly, but it explains why a sub-organization might inherit a different-looking PFC capability entry than the root org if the record was defined further down the tree. A value of 0 indicates the record originates at the root organization and applies domain-wide.
