What is cucsEquipmentPciSlotIdMappingPolicyOwner?

This enumerated value reports the policyOwner for the reference record describing how PCI slot numbering and naming is defined for one specific equipment model — which subsystem actually controls its configuration state (for example local, pending-policy, or policy). Knowing the policyOwner tells an admin whether changing a PCI slot ID mapping record's behavior means editing this object directly or instead means editing the UCS Manager policy that owns it, since a direct edit against a policy-owned object gets silently overwritten on the next resolution pass. A policyOwner of 'policy' here would mean the shipped slot-mapping catalog rather than a local admin edit is authoritative, so a direct local edit would not survive the next policy resolution.
