What is cucsEquipmentPOSTRecoverable?
This enumerated value records whether this specific POST failure was recoverable — whether the system was able to continue booting despite it — or not. recoverable is what actually separates 'noted this and moved on' from 'this stopped the boot,' which matters far more to an on-call admin deciding whether to intervene immediately than the severity rating alone.
