What is cucsEquipmentNetworkElementFanStatsThresholded?
This enumerated bitmask reports thresholded — which of this fan's own stats (speed, drivePercentage, etc.) currently have an active high/low threshold crossing. It tells an admin, in one field, exactly which metric on this fan tripped a threshold without having to check speed, drivePercentageMax, and every other stat individually for a crossing. A thresholded value indicating 'speedThresholdLow' would mean this fan's actual speed, not its drive percentage, is the metric currently below its configured minimum.
