What is cucsEquipmentNetworkElementFanStatsHistThresholded?

This enumerated bitmask preserves the thresholded value — which stat had an active threshold crossing — for this fan at the moment this historical sample was archived. Archived thresholded values let an admin see exactly when a fan's speed or drive percentage first crossed into fault territory, rather than only knowing it is currently thresholded. Finding the first archived sample with thresholded = 'speedThresholdLow' for a given fan pinpoints the moment its slowdown became severe enough to register as a threshold breach.
