This read-only object mirrors the `fsmProgr` property of the blue beacon/locator LED an admin can switch on remotely to physically find a specific chassis, blade, or rack unit in a data center inside Cisco UCS Manager's internal information model, exposed here as a non-negative gauge value for this locator LED. This gauge reports the completion percentage of the background FSM workflow currently running against this locator LED. A stalled value like fsmProgr=40 for the locator LED on blade 3 in chassis 2 that never advances toward 100 is a clear sign the underlying LED-toggle task is stuck.
