What is cucsEquipmentIOExpanderOperState?
This read-only object mirrors the `operState` property of a physical I/O expander module -- an add-on board that gives a blade or compute node extra mezzanine/PCIe ports inside Cisco UCS Manager's internal information model, exposed here as a CucsEquipmentOperability-typed value for this I/O expander instance. The operState reports the current enumerated operational state UCS Manager has determined for this I/O expander instance (for example operable, degraded, or removed). A change from 'operable' to 'degraded' for the IOE plugged into slot 2 of a UCS X210c compute node is exactly the kind of transition a monitoring system should alert on.
