What is cucsEquipmentIOCardStatsProcTempAvg?
This is the average onboard-processor temperature for the IOM over the current sampling window, smoothing momentary spikes from the live procTemp reading. It is the field an admin would trend to distinguish a genuinely worsening processor cooling issue from a single noisy reading. For example, a procTempAvg that keeps climbing across several consecutive sampling windows would justify scheduling a proactive card swap before the processor throttles or the card resets under thermal stress.
