What is cucsEquipmentIOCardStatsProcTemp?

This is the current temperature, in degrees Celsius, of the IOM's onboard management processor, typically the hottest single component on the card and the one most sensitive to a cooling failure. Because the processor runs the card's own control-plane software, a sustained high procTemp reading risks management-plane instability on that IOM even if data-plane traffic keeps flowing normally. For example, a procTemp well above the card's own overall temp reading, worsening over successive polls, would be the specific field to point to when requesting an emergency IOM replacement rather than waiting for a scheduled maintenance window.
