What is cucsEquipmentIOCardStatsHistTempMax?

This is the historical record of the peak board temperature reached during a specific past sampling window, preserving a spike that the live stats table would have long since overwritten with newer data. It is specifically valuable for post-incident review, since only the historical table retains what happened at a given point in the past. For example, checking tempMax across historical entries from a specific date would reveal how hot the IOM actually got during a since-resolved incident, evidence otherwise unavailable once the live row has moved on.
