What is cucsEquipmentIOCardStatsHistProcTempAvg?
This is the historical record of the average onboard-processor temperature for a specific past sampling window, letting an admin retroactively review the smoothed processor-temperature trend at that point in the card's history. It is the field to trend when investigating whether a past processor-cooling issue was building gradually rather than appearing suddenly. For example, comparing procTempAvg history from before and after a firmware downgrade would show whether that change reduced sustained processor load and heat on the IOM.
