What is cucsEquipmentIOCardStatsHistIomI2CErrorsAvg?

This is the historical record of the average I2C-bus error rate for the IOM over a specific past sampling window, letting an admin see the smoothed bus-error trend at that point in the card's history. It is useful for showing whether a bus problem had been developing gradually rather than appearing all at once. For example, a historical IomI2CErrorsAvg trend that was already elevated well before a reported sensor-data outage would suggest the bus problem had been building for some time.
