What is cucsEquipmentIOCardId?
This is the IOM's slot/module identifier within its chassis, essentially which of the typically two I/O module bays it occupies, such as ID 1 or ID 2. Because IOMs are installed in pairs for fabric redundancy, one per fabric side, this ID together with switchId and side is how you know which specific card in a chassis a given row describes. For example, id=1 paired with side A identifies the IOM connected to fabric interconnect A, distinguishing it from id=2 wired to fabric interconnect B in the same chassis.
