What is cucsEquipmentIOCardFsmStageRetry?
This counts how many times UCS Manager has retried this specific card-level stage after a prior attempt failed. A retry count climbing on the same stage name pinpoints exactly which step of the card-specific operation keeps failing. For example, a retry count of 2 on a FlashWrite stage specifically would tell an admin the firmware write itself, not the download, is the recurring failure point.
