What is cucsEquipmentIOCardFsmDescr?
This is a short human-readable description of the finite-state-machine (FSM) workflow currently running against this IOM, such as an IOM firmware activation or reacknowledgment step. It gives an admin polling SNMP a plain-text hint of what UCS Manager is doing to the card right now, without cross-referencing an FSM class name. For example, a value like Activating firmware on IOM tells an admin a firmware update is mid-flight on that card, explaining why it is temporarily flapping in inventory.
