Description: Cisco UCS equipment:FlashLife:cardParamType managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentFlashLifeCardParamType?

This read-only Gauge32 field is the 'cardParamType' property of the 'FlashLife' managed object in Cisco UCS Manager's equipment-inventory schema identifying the parameter template code that defines how this flash card's endurance is monitored. This code tells UCS Manager which set of wear-leveling and lifetime thresholds to apply to this specific flash card model, since different SSD/flash controllers report and interpret endurance data differently. Two different boot-flash models in the same server generation might carry different CardParamType codes if their controllers expose wear data in incompatible formats.
