Type: Gauge32

Access: read-only

Description: Cisco UCS equipment:FexSystemStatsHist:memAvailable managed object property

What is cucsEquipmentFexSystemStatsHistMemAvailable?

This read-only Gauge32 field is the 'memAvailable' property of the 'FexSystemStatsHist' managed object in Cisco UCS Manager's equipment-inventory schema recording the memory available on the FEX's onboard OS at the moment this historical sample was archived. This preserves a specific past reading of genuinely usable memory, which is a more reliable historical indicator of control-plane health at that moment than the free-memory figure alone. An archived MemAvailable of 12MB right before a reported FEX slowdown is stronger evidence of memory pressure than a low KernelMemFree figure by itself would be.
