This preserves the same data-quality judgment as the live Suspect flag, but frozen onto a specific archived row, so historical analysis can exclude a bad sample instead of treating it as valid past data. An archived row flagged Suspect during a known fabric-interconnect failover should be skipped when building a long-term average for that PSU.
