This read-only INTEGER field is the 'reservedPowerMin' property of the 'FexPowerSummaryHist' managed object in Cisco UCS Manager's equipment-inventory schema for the FEX (Fabric Extender) subsystem capturing the lowest reserved-power commitment seen in the window. The lowest reservation seen is the point where this FEX had the least power locked in for it, worth checking if the FEX reported any power-related fault shortly afterward. ReservedPowerMin dropping to 60W could correspond to a module being temporarily powered down, freeing part of the reservation.
