What is cucsEquipmentFexLicState?
This reports the current licensing state of the FEX, such as licensed, unlicensed, or in a grace period. An admin checks it to confirm a FEX's capabilities are properly licensed before relying on it in production, since an unlicensed or expired-grace-period FEX may have limited functionality. A value of graceperiod paired with a shrinking grace-period counter is an active warning that license paperwork needs to be completed soon.
