What is cucsEquipmentFexFsmDescr?
This holds a human-readable description of the finite state machine currently running against the FEX, such as a discovery or firmware-update workflow. An admin reads it to understand in plain terms what UCS Manager is doing to the FEX right now rather than just knowing something is in progress. A value like FEX firmware update immediately tells the admin why the FEX may be temporarily unreachable.
